According to Al Farat News, the Ministry of Interior announced in a statement on Thursday: The Supreme Committee for Arbaeen Security will continue its activities by deploying security units in all areas and roads that pilgrims travel to Karbala.
It is stated in this statement: The relevant institutions are taking measures to facilitate the arrival of pilgrims from all the borders of Iraq, namely Al-Mundariyah, Zarbatiya, Al-Sheib, Shalamcheh, Safwan, Mendali, Kirkuk, Al-Qaim, Baghdad Airport, Najaf Airport and Basra Airport.
The Iraqi Ministry of Interior stated: The total number of pilgrims entering Iraq from the beginning of the Arbaeen ceremony to the end of Wednesday has reached 2 million 329 thousand 400 people.
