Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman discussed the issue of Afghanistan in a telephone conversation, Geo News reported.
The two sides are said to agree that the international community should engage more with Afghanistan (under Taliban control) in order to prevent a humanitarian crisis and an influx of refugees.
The two sides also agreed on the importance of finding a comprehensive political solution to the Afghan crisis.
On the other hand, Imran Khan also had a conversation with “Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan”, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi. In this conversation, in addition to bilateral relations, the issue of Afghanistan was also discussed.
