The official source in the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs added that the Syrian government is paying the most attention to its people and the stability of the situation in Syria and resolving everything that arises in this regard.

France is one of the Western countries that has played an important role in the 10-year crisis of the Syrian civil war and has always taken steps to support terrorist groups against the central government. The intervention of the French, who traditionally consider themselves the owners of the countries on the eastern shores of the Mediterranean, once again provoked the anger of the Syrian government and people last June by sending a diplomatic delegation to the terrorist-controlled areas.
The French, who considered themselves the guardians of Syria and Lebanon and ruled over these countries on the basis of the colonial system, entered into an unequal war with the Syrians during the reign of the Hashemite dynasty, known as the Battle of Myslon in 1920; A war in which the Syrian political system disintegrated and France divided the country into six independent and separate parts based on religion and ethnicity.
Subsequently, the Syrian struggle against the French lasted for years, ending on April 17, 1946, with the withdrawal of the last French soldier, the French hegemonic presence in Syria. However, the French have shown through a variety of interventionist policies that they still consider themselves the guardians of Syria.
