Al-Kazemi was referred for investigation on this case while Hossein Mons, a member of the Iraqi parliament and head of the human rights movement, filed a complaint against Al-Kazemi in his position as the former head of the Intelligence Organization.
The reference to the investigation is made with the “accusation of negligence in the case of the martyrdom of Sardar Soleimani and his associates”.
