Referring to the recent losses and casualties of the Ukrainian army in its counterattacks, he said: Considering the losses, there is no reason to believe that Ukraine in the foreseeable future can create potentials that are different from what it had before the attack.
The former US military said that “the more Washington and Kyiv ignore the painful new reality, the more territory Ukraine will lose as a result of the inevitable negotiations.” It advised Ukrainian authorities that “the most logical course now is to stop the conflict and start peace talks.”
“Sergei Shoigu”, the Minister of Defense of Russia, recently announced in a video interview with the commanders of the Russian armed forces that the Ukrainian army lost more than 20,000 soldiers last month (July). In this regard, he said: “The leadership of the Ukrainian armed forces is desperately carrying out new attacks against our positions, but thanks to the strong defense line, skillful organization of the fire system, professional actions, endurance and tolerance of the Russian army, all the enemy attacks were repelled.”
Sergei Shoigu added about the casualties of the Ukrainian army: last month, as a result of the successful operations of our forces, the enemy’s casualties reached more than 20,800 soldiers, and more precisely, 20,824 soldiers; 2824 pieces of their various weapons were also destroyed.
The Russian Defense Minister also said: “In the last 30 days, the Russian army has also received 10 Leopard tanks, 11 American Bradley armored vehicles, 40 American M777 artillery systems, and 50 self-propelled guns donated by England, America, Germany, France, and Poland to the Ukrainian army.” destroyed
