Europe’s Fake Defence For Palestinians.
Bezalel Smotrich, Minister of Finance and the leader of the extreme right movement of the Zionist regime, recently announced in a brazen speech; “Basically, there is no such thing as the Palestinian nation, there is no Palestinian history and language, and the issue of the existence of the Palestinian nation is artificial and fictitious!”
These statements of Smotrich were met with the reaction of different countries and the Palestinian Authority.
In the meantime, “Joseph Borrell” in charge of foreign policy of the European Union also said: “I must regret Smotrich’s unacceptable statements.” It is wrong, disrespectful and dangerous to say these things in a situation where the atmosphere is already more tense.”
The French Foreign Ministry also announced in a statement: “We ask those in the Israeli government to show the necessary dignity, respect others and refrain from any actions or statements that lead to the escalation of tensions.”
As it can be seen, the European authorities have turned Smotrich and the so-called religious Zionism into the focal point of their criticisms and through this way emphasize the two-state solution to the Palestinian issue.
Meanwhile, the senior officials of the European Union never answer the important question of how the currents known as extreme Zionism and religious Zionism were connected with the security and even government agencies in Europe before entering Netanyahu’s cabinet and denying their propaganda activities. How did Palestine exist throughout the European Union without the slightest disturbance from the Western governments!?
In other words; The European authorities are now taking a stand against currents in Tel Aviv that are considered their intellectual and security supporters!
