According to Al-Youm’s decision, in order to continue desecrating the sacred area of the Holy Quran, a Danish anti-Islam group committed a new crime yesterday and its members set fire to the Holy Quran.
According to this report, the extremist group known as “Danish Nationalists” carried out this heinous act against the embassies of Turkey, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Islamic Republic of Iran in Copenhagen.
The members of this group carried placards against Islam and chanted insulting slogans. This attack took place with the full security support of the Danish police forces.
Also, yesterday, a Koran was burned again in Sweden, during which a woman in Stockholm, with the full support of the Swedish police, burned the Koran.
Recently, attacks on the Koran have intensified in Sweden and Denmark, and extremist groups set fire to this Muslim holy book in front of the embassies of Islamic countries, which has caused a wave of anger among Arab and Islamic countries.
Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, in his speech a few days ago, mentioned the issue of burning the Holy Quran in some Western countries and said: Once again, the cursed criminal in Sweden burned the pages of the Holy Quran under the protection of the police, and this behavior is an insulting and humiliating challenge. It is for 2 billion Muslims in the world. It does not make any sense for young Muslims to wait for governments and organizations to take their responsibilities and those who abuse the Quran should be punished.
He invited the Muslim youth of the world to take revenge for the burning of the Quran and said: O Muslim and zealous youth of the world, there is no point in waiting for anyone, you must take responsibility and punish these offenders severely. I ask all young Muslims to take revenge on the person who burned the Quran. Youth! Don’t wait for anyone, not the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, not the Arab League, not the governments, and not the armies. You must do your duty and punish these cursed criminals for their actions.
Condemning the silence of some countries in the region and the world regarding the desecration of the Holy Quran, Seyed Hassan Nasrallah said: “In some countries, if the king or the prince or the wife of the king or the prince or his family were insulted, the world would rise up and not sit quietly and relations would be severed.”
