Direct Flights From Najaf, Iraq To Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
According to Al Farat News, Iraqi sources mentioned the latest development in the relations between this country and Saudi Arabia.
According to this report, Iraq and Saudi Arabia establish a direct flight between Najaf and Al-Dammam.
Iraqi sources announced that the first flight between Najaf and Al-Dammam will be established on June 22.
This is even though earlier, Saleh Al-Jasir, the Minister of Transportation of Saudi Arabia, said on the sidelines of the road development conference in Baghdad that the country plans to double the number of flights to Iraq by the end of this year.
The Saudi Minister of Transport also said that the transportation of goods and passengers through the border crossing between Iraq and Saudi Arabia has increased.
In his meeting with Al-Jasser, the Prime Minister of Iraq, Mohammad Shia al-Sudani, emphasized that Iraq seeks to develop its relations with Saudi Arabia in various fields.
