Detention of a young Palestinian in Jerusalem. Clashes in Al-Aqsa Mosque continue.
The occupying Zionist force arrested a young Palestinian last night while leaving Al-Aqsa Mosque.
During the holy month of Ramadan, forces of the Zionist regime attacked the Palestinians with sound bullets and tear gas as they left the Al-Aqsa Mosque near Bab al-Amoud (one of the gates of occupied Jerusalem).
Eyewitnesses said that violent clashes broke out between the youth and the occupying forces in Jerusalem and that the occupiers brutally attacked the Palestinian youth and wounded a number of them.
The occupiers also last night for the fifth day in a row prevented Palestinians from sitting or gathering on the grounds and steps of the Bab al-Amoud Gate in Jerusalem.
A large number of Israeli police forces and their dogs are stationed around Bab al-Amoud.
The Bab al-Amoud compound in Al-Aqsa Mosque has witnessed clashes between the occupiers and Palestinian youth every night since the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, during which a number of Palestinian youths were injured and a number were arrested.
