The decisive victories of the Syrian army in the fight against Takfiri terrorism forced the Arab countries in the region to reconsider their relations with Syria, and these countries resumed relations with Damascus under the guise of resuming flights.
According to the news agency from Damascus, the decisive victories of the Syrian army in the fight against Takfiri terrorism with the support of Iran and the axis of resistance defeated the conspiracy of the Arab Sheikhs in the Persian Gulf, so these countries decided to cut ties with Syria. Now they have resumed flights to Damascus.
“Syria was one of the countries that participated in establishing the Security Council, the United Nations, and the Arab League, but it is observed, these meetings are not public and official,” said Hayan Suleiman, a university professor, and analyst on Syrian economic and political issues. “Especially after the victory of the Syrian regime over terrorism and its supporting powers, it continues to be held in the form of personal and private meetings. My impression is that the relations between these countries and Damascus will remain within the same framework of personal and private interests.”
“Increasing the level of relations and their recognition requires an official stance on the opening of embassies and an implicit and explicit acknowledgment of the Syrian regime’s right to fight terrorism and Damascus’ efforts to implement UN resolutions, including UNSCR 2254,” Suleiman said. “It’s the threshold.”
Although the opening of Arab embassies in Damascus is not far off, public opinion in Syria is skeptical of the intentions and goals of the Arab Sheikhs who were at the forefront of the global war against Syria.
“The Arab countries are forced to resume their relations with Syria and to maintain their relations at a high level in order to return the water to the atmosphere by force. This is where we must witness a great revolution in the sectors,” said one Syrian citizen. “Let’s be in the aviation, finance and economics sectors, the transfer of knowledge of new technologies, etc., because we are in the age of communication and information, and Syria is the flagship of the countries in this field.”
The Syrian citizen added: “Syria’s relations with the Arab countries will return to their former form because the Arab countries are forced to resume their relations with Syria in all fields, especially flights. “Everyone knows that air travel shortens distances, which makes the world a small village.”
