According to Al-Arabiya news agency, Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan discussed efforts to stop the escalation of military tensions in Sudan and end the violence with Joseph Borrell, the head of the European Union’s foreign policy.
According to this news agency, in a telephone conversation today, the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia and England emphasized the importance of stopping tensions, supporting civilians and the need to create safe passages for foreigners to leave Sudan.
According to Al Jazeera TV channel, the telephone conversation between the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia was held today regarding the situation in Sudan.
It should be noted that the conflict between the Sudanese army and the rapid reaction forces led by Mohammad Hamdan Daghlo “Hamidati” using light and heavy weapons started last Saturday in different areas of this country.
In this regard, the flights at Khartoum International Airport have been stopped due to the intense conflict between the “Rapid Reaction” forces and the Sudanese army. City bridges are also closed.
