Moscow’s ambassador to Tehran says Iranian, Russian and Chinese navies will hold military exercises in the Persian Gulf later this year or early next year, focusing on maritime security and the fight against piracy.
Russia’s RIA Novosti news agency reported today (Monday) that Iran, Russia and China are holding naval exercises in the Persian Gulf.

“Apart from Russia and Iran, China, India, Syria and Venezuela are also taking part in the tournament,” he said. ».
Earlier, according to the Russian Defense Minister, military vessels from several countries, including Iran, had participated in the country’s large naval parade on August 25 (July 25).
