ISLAMABAD – The head of the parliamentary friendship group between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan in the parliament said that the development of parliamentary cooperation has expanded relations between the two neighbors in various fields, including economic and border, and stressed that strengthening ties between Iran and Pakistan is in the region’s interest.
“Ahmad Amirabadi-Farahani”, who traveled to Islamabad with members of the parliamentary friendship group of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan to meet with government and parliamentary officials, said in an exclusive interview on Monday: “Parliamentary relations with Pakistan in previous parliamentary sessions And the many incomes that have been made between them are now at a desirable level.
He said: “We have made good efforts for the relationship between the two governments and the two nations.” The Parliamentary Friendship Group is an active group between the two countries, to which China has recently been added.
He said: “Parliamentary exchanges between the two neighbors have increased and the strengthening of these interactions will definitely expand the political, economic, trade and border relations between Iran and Pakistan.”
