Boycott Zionist Regime Movement Against German Parliament.
According to Palestine Today, the BDS movement “Boy the apartheid regime of Israel” announced that it plans to protest against the German parliament’s decision in 2019 to ban the activity of this movement.
The movement to boycott the Zionist regime announced that it intends to raise its objection to the non-binding resolution of the German Parliament before the German Supreme Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
Earlier, the German administrative court had rejected the appeal of the movement to boycott the Zionist regime on the pretext of the connection of this issue with the constitution and had declared that handling this issue is not within its jurisdiction.
Ahmed Abed, the lawyer of this movement, accused the German administrative court of avoiding the issue of banning the activities of the movement to boycott the Zionist regime.
Officials of this movement expressed their hope for the power of the German Supreme Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights in providing an unquestionable ruling to stop what they called the flow of defamation.
These officials announced: We will also win like the boycott movement in France that won in 2020; Because at that time, the European Court of Human Rights declared that the French government’s condemnation of the activists of the boycott of goods imported from Israel lacks sufficient reasons and violates the freedom of expression of these activists.
