Blinken: There is no evidence of China’s armed support to Russia.
According to Al-Jazeera network, the US foreign minister stated that he was unaware of the reality of the explosion of the Kukhovka hydropower plant.
U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said on Monday that there is no indication that China is providing military aid to Russia, but the U.S. is concerned about the technology being used by private companies.
The US Secretary of State also announced: We have no further information about what really happened to the Kakhovka Dam.
Russian and Ukrainian media announced last week that a hydroelectric power plant exploded in the Kherson region of southern Ukraine. Kiev and Moscow have accused each other of the explosion of this dam.
Kakhovka hydropower plant was established in 1956 and is considered one of the vital components of Ukraine’s energy supply. According to the state-owned Hydroelectric Energy Company of Ukraine, the damage from the explosion was “irreparable.”
