He said: “Three Israeli drones targeted Iran’s fuel aid shipment to Lebanon near the Al-Qaim border crossing in western Iraq, which, according to the information obtained, caused financial and human losses.”
According to al-Maamori, this action took place in the framework of the policy of Tel Aviv and its allies to starve the nations and cut off aid to end the energy crisis in Beirut and other Lebanese cities.
While the entry and exit of the fuel shipments is done officially and according to the agreements signed between Iran and the countries of Iraq, Syria and Lebanon, the Iraqi media claim that this fuel shipment was supposed to reach the Lebanese like last winter.
