Bahrainis anger over the inauguration of Manama’s first ambassador to the Zionist regime.
Bahraini personalities and activists reacted to the inauguration of the first Al Khalifa ambassador to the Zionist regime.
Bahrain’s Al-Wefaq community reacted to the appointment of Al-Khalifa as ambassador to Tel Aviv. Sheikh Hussein al-Diyahi, deputy secretary general of the Bahraini Jamiat, said that Khalid Youssef al-Jalahma, the Bahraini ambassador to Tel Aviv, was the only representative of him and the one who had sent him.
Al-Diyahi said: We tell Al-Jalahma that you are the only representative of yourself and the one who sent you and you are not the representative of Bahrain. The deputy of Jamiat al-Wefaq added: “The people of Bahrain are free from Al-Jalahma and they will not recognize him, just as they will never recognize the occupying regime until its complete destruction.” He added: “Bahrain will continue to stand by the Palestinians and the normalization of relations with the Zionist regime is a betrayal and a disgrace.”
Baqir Darwish, president of the Bahrain Human Rights Association (BFHR), wrote on his Twitter page to Al-Jalahma: Unelected and lacking the legitimacy and will of the Bahraini people, a people who are pleased with nothing but the liberation of Palestine. The normalization of betrayal is yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Ali Al-Fayez, an analyst and former Bahraini political prisoner, also responded by saying: “The ruling regime in Bahrain has made significant progress in its enmity with the Bahraini people and the Islamic Ummah. He has opened the doors to the enemy and closed the gates to the nation and ummah. Normalization is a betrayal.
Ibrahim Sharif, former secretary general of the Al-Khalifa Liberal Democrats, also wrote in this regard: “What Al-Jalahma is proud of is the pain and shame of us Bahrainis. This connection between Bahrain and the usurping regime is a shame for any freedom with dignity on earth.” And it is humiliation, and this is a betrayal of values, brotherhood and fraternity, but it has blindly locked materials in their hearts.
Ali Mahna, a Bahraini activist and the father of a political prisoner, also stressed: “Normalizing is acknowledging the existence of usurpers and murderers of the Palestinian brothers and legitimizing the aggressors of our sanctuary and sanctuary.” I am Bahraini and any normalization does not represent my will.
In this regard, the Al-Wefaq community also showed the normalization dagger in the back of the Bahraini people, whose first goal is Palestine, by publishing a cartoon.
