Attacks on FBI buildings continue.
According to an American media report, a person has been arrested after jumping over the fence of the FBI building in Chicago and throwing stones.
In the continuation of security incidents for the American Federal Police (FBI) after the inspection of Donald Trump’s residence by this American agency, the CNN news network has announced the arrest of another person in the FBI building in Chicago.
The spokesperson of the organization affiliated with the US Department of Homeland Security, which is responsible for the protection of federal buildings, said that a person was arrested after jumping over the fence of the building and throwing stones and was taken to the hospital for examination.
The FBI said it was investigating the matter, but declined to provide more information about a possible motive. However, numerous reports indicate that threats against the employees of this American agency have increased after the FBI agents attacked Trump’s residence.
A few weeks ago, FBI agents stormed Trump’s mansion in Florida and seized several boxes of documents from him. A few days later, the American media announced that the former American president took a large number of confidential documents, including documents related to nuclear weapons, to his home after leaving the White House.
Condemning this action by the FBI, Trump asked the US Department of Justice to publish the warrant for the search of his home. He also demanded the return of his recorded documents.
The action of the FBI has also brought the angry reaction of Trump supporters and their harsh criticism of the FBI and the Department of Justice. Trump’s supporters believe that this investigation was politically motivated.
These events have increased threats against FBI employees. A few weeks ago, a man was shot and killed while trying to break into an FBI building.
