Assad’s advisor: Democracy is a cover for Western murderers.
Referring to the killing of millions of people around the world by America and Western countries, the special advisor of the Syrian President stressed that democracy is just a cover for these Western crimes.
Bathina Shaaban, the special adviser of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, strongly criticized the double standards of the United States and Western countries, which are used under the pretext of human rights.
During a speech at a human rights conference that was held virtually in China, Shaaban said: After the Second World War, the West created the idea that it was the only power that destroyed Nazism, and in this context, the role of the alliance He forgot the Soviet Union, which lost 20 million of its citizens in this issue.
America and the West committed many crimes in Syria; From the killing of innocent people to the imposition of cruel sanctions that are still in force. In addition to looting and selling Syrian oil, America recently designed a new plan to organize elements opposed to the Syrian government in order to continue its occupation.
The American plan is to reproduce the forces of “Al-Sahwah” in Syria with the aim of strengthening them against the army of this country and establishing new battles in this country with the presence of all the involved parties. The Al-Sahwah forces consist of tribal and tribal militias, which America seeks to achieve its goals and interests by forming. For years, the US has formed such forces in Iraq under the pretext of fighting Al-Qaeda and ISIS and also fighting sectarian sedition.
He stated that the Western media tried to consider the Soviet Union and its allies as enemies of freedom since then, and continued: These media pretend that the West is the only party that cares about freedom, democracy, and human rights. Therefore, America, France, and England tried to introduce their desired concepts into the minds of millions of people around the world.
Assad’s adviser pointed out that these Western countries, besides claiming democracy, killed millions of people around the world, and clarified that democracy is only a cover for wars and hegemony of the West, but with the beginning of the 21st century, everything has changed for two reasons. Kurd: First, the American wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the destruction of Libya by NATO. Second, gaining the power of China and Russia as alternative discourses.
Emphasizing that most countries are looking for an alternative to the West and America, Shaaban noted that the West is currently taking hostile and dangerous measures to maintain its hegemony over the world and is doing so under the pretext of human rights.
In the end, he said that the West’s approach has become more dangerous compared to its previous wars; Because it has targeted humanity, and for this reason, a group position must be taken to protect children against the poisoned Western thoughts.
