Arab reactions to Biden’s remarks; You are coming to see the Crown Prince!
The recent remarks by the US President that he did not meet with the Saudi Crown Prince during his visit to Riyadh met with considerable Arab reactions.
Another user, Nawaf al-Mutairi, wrote in response to Biden’s remarks: “Biden al-Khubalu, Muhammad ibn al-Salman, arranged for you to fly to Saudi Arabia for 12 hours and see him in his own country. Saudi Arabia is an important country in the world, especially in the energy sector; “Neither Biden will be able to marginalize it, nor Obama’s successor, nor even the future after Indus.”
The recent remarks of US President Joe Biden, in which he downplayed the importance of his upcoming meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, provoked widespread Arab reactions on social media.
According to Russia Today, the reactions come after Biden acknowledged yesterday (Friday): “I will not meet with Muhammad bin Muslim; “I’m going to an international meeting that he will also attend.”
Reacting to Biden’s remarks, Saudi journalist Fahd al-Thabiti wrote: “The American media has engaged us with Biden whether he will meet with Muhammad bin Salman. It is now necessary for our media to react in the same way and repeat the right question: “After Muhammad bin Salman refused to contact Biden, will he [the Crown Prince] come short and meet with him in Riyadh, or more important programs in “Is there a schedule?”
