America is the main obstacle in the way of peace in Yemen.
On Tuesday, the head of the Supreme Political Council of Yemen, emphasizing the continuation of the fight against the invaders, held the American government responsible for the continuation of the war.
The al-Mayadeen news channel reported on Tuesday evening that Mehdi Al-Mashat, head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, warned the occupiers: We will never back down from our goals and we will not compromise on maintaining the country’s complete sovereignty, whether in the sea, land or airfields.
Al-Mashat said that America is preventing any peace in Yemen.
He added: All the actions that take place in the occupied provinces of Yemen are carried out in line with the conspiracy of the American occupiers to legitimize their presence in Yemen and impose their policies.
With the support of the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and several other countries, Saudi Arabia has invaded Yemen since March 2015 and blockaded Yemen by land, sea, and air.
The war-mongering of Saudi Arabia and its allies in Yemen has so far led to the deaths and injuries of hundreds of thousands of Yemenis and the displacement of four million people.
