America is the biggest obstacle in the way of ending the war in Yemen.
Foreign actors and international powers have made several proposals regarding the political solution to the Yemeni crisis, But most of these proposals are in conflict with the expectations and perspectives of the Yemeni nation, and there is no consensus at the regional or international level regarding the mechanisms for solving the Yemeni crisis. Perhaps the multiplicity of foreign actors and the conflict of their plans or interests in Yemen has caused the international powers to join forces with regional actors in the Yemen crisis. But the real dilemma facing different parties lies in the conflict between the interests of foreign actors and the general interests of the Yemeni nation.
In this regard, Mehr’s reporter conducted a conversation with “Abdul Wahab Yahya Al-Mahbashi”, a member of Ansarullah’s political office, as follows:
Let us start the conversation with the reaction of the relevant Yemeni institutions to the tripartite statement of the United States, England, and France regarding the prevention of the presence of oil tankers on the coast of Yemen. In this reaction, fallacy and inversion of facts have been mentioned. What is the truth?
At the beginning, I must say that the most important fallacy in the statement of the ambassadors of the colonizing countries is their claim that those who have prevented the export of oil, as one of the indicators of the economic crisis, are a group they call the Houthis; This is a big fallacy! What has happened is preventing Yemeni oil looting for the benefit of the colonialist countries and their regional mercenaries and as a result depriving the Yemeni nation of its income. Therefore, their claim that the people of Yemen will suffer from this decision is incorrect and a big fallacy. What has harmed the people of Yemen is aggression, economic blockade and cut-off rights, not the prevention of oil theft. Those who will suffer from preventing the theft of Yemeni oil are the thieves of the National Bank of Yemen and those to whom the US has imposed an embargo on Russian oil.
One of the biggest fallacies that do not need to be denied is their claim about the implementation of the ban by Sana’a in relation to domestic gas cylinders! Who else but ISIS and Brotherhood in Marib has continued the siege of Yemeni citizens and used these goods as a weapon for the suffering of the Yemeni nation?
This behavior of Westerners is not a new behavior and it is part of the strategy of these countries against Yemen and its aggression. According to this statement, what are the signs of this strategy and the true intention of Western imperialism towards Yemen and its strategic position in the region? One of the most important strategies of the colonialist countries is misleading, inverting the facts, forming a coalition to reduce costs, collapsing the unity of the Yemeni nation, plundering wealth and resources, playing the role of the victim, intellectual terrorism, media intimidation, falsifying news and mixing truth and falsehood.
Their intention regarding Yemen is to keep the southern provinces of Yemen under occupation, to loot the resources, to dominate this place along with the continuation of the chaos to harm the Yemeni citizens and the continuation of the severe economic blockade of Sana’a to provoke the anger of the people against the resistance leaders and their heroic army. . This process is clearly defined.
In practice, do the countries that have invaded Yemen have a serious plan for a political solution to the Yemeni crisis, or are their claims part of misleading measures to escape the responsibility of these countries for the aggression in Yemen and the prolongation of the war?
These countries do not have any political solutions and the only thing they want is to impose demands that they failed to impose through power. Their fear is that the Yemeni forces will target oil-related matters. That is why their voices are raised. Regarding their threat to isolate Yemen, it must be said that they have implemented the most severe possible isolation, but these measures have been fruitless. In fact, they want the economic blockade to be prolonged so that they can escape the consequences of their crimes.
