Ambassador Sanaa: The future of Yemen and Syria is victory over foreign conspiracies.
The Yemeni ambassador to Syria stressed that the perpetrators of the aggression against Yemen are the same parties that attacked Syria, but the fate of both countries is victory over foreign conspiracies.
Yemeni Ambassador to Syria Abdullah Ali Sabri stressed the depth of bilateral relations between the two countries, saying that these relations include joint ties between Syria and Yemen.
Sabri told the official Syrian News Agency (SANA) that the perpetrators of the aggression in Yemen are the same parties that attacked Syria, but the fate of both countries is victory over foreign conspiracies.
He stressed that the suffering of the Yemeni and Syrian nations is the result of foreign intervention and efforts to divide the Islamic Ummah, and that this is in line with the implementation of the Zionist-American plans in the region.
The Yemeni ambassador said that the Yemeni and Syrian nations are resisting the plan, noting that the invasion of Yemen is aimed at dominating the strategic position, plundering resources, seizing sovereignty and independence, and preventing the unification of Yemen.
In the end, Sabri stressed that Yemen has always stood against the occupiers and will be the graveyard of the aggressors.
In this regard, the Minister of Defense of the Yemeni National Salvation Government, Mohammad Nasser Al-Atefi, sent a congratulatory message to his Syrian counterpart, Ali Abdullah Ayub, on the occasion of his retention in the new Syrian government last August.
In the message, al-Atefi expressed hope for strengthening ties and coordination between the two armies and the brotherly nation of Syria and Yemen, adding that the Yemeni armed forces, along with the brothers in Syria, are standing up to overt foreign interference.
He praised the fierce struggle of the Syrian armed forces and the defeat of the aggressors and the global arrogance.
