Al-Najba: Deporting America from Iraq is only possible with weapons.
Al-Najba resistance group emphasized the necessity of expelling America through weapons, saying that this country does not understand the language of agreement or dilemma and should leave Iraq.
Last night (Wednesday), American Ambassador to Iraq Elina Romansky tried to explain and justify the suspicious military movements of the American army in the border areas with Syria and Jordan.
This meeting took place after the Iraqi political and military circles strongly protested the suspicious actions of the US in the border areas of Iraq with Syria and Jordan during the last two weeks and demanded Washington’s response. Al-Hashd al-Shaabi also announced that it is carefully monitoring these movements and has deployed its forces in the border areas.
The Al-Nujba movement of Iraq also reacted to this issue and emphasized by publishing a statement: Although the Iraqi people were waiting for the results of the Iraqi government board, which was tasked with ending the presence of the occupying [America] and expelling it, our nation suddenly faced the suspicious movements of groups The [American] military was surprised from south to north and west.
Stating that the American military made a mockery of Iraq’s sovereignty with this action, Al-Nujbaa continued: We in the Islamic resistance still stand by our position and words that political, diplomatic solutions or international agreements do not work against the coercive occupying American. Because this country has a hand on fire in cheating, abusing, and looting the resources of countries.
Emphasizing that America only understands the language of weapons and will leave Iraq only through military means and in a defeated way, Al-Nujba asked all political, religious, and social groups in Iraq to take a stand against these aggressions. Because “[occupation of] Iraqi territory will not be easy for the aggressors, and it will not become a passage for the aggressor forces of the countries that seek to plunder the nations.
Elina Romanski, while reading rumors of some comments, claimed: “These movements were part of the process of transferring the present forces and had absolutely nothing to do with Iraq’s internal issues.” The US government is very eager to continue cooperation and develop common interests with Iraq.
On August 27th, “Pat Ryder”, the spokesperson of the US Ministry of Defense, told reporters that the recent reports in the Arabic-language media about the movements of the US army in the border areas are “wrong” and that US forces have no role in providing security on the border between Iraq and Syria.
The presence and continued military activity of the United States in Iraq comes at a time when Iraqi circles and officials have repeatedly declared that they do not need combat forces to fight terrorism; However, the representative office of the “North Atlantic Treaty Organization” (NATO) in Iraq announced on August 28 in a statement the expansion of its activities in this country and claimed that these activities include “consulting and empowering the forces affiliated with the Iraqi Ministry of Interior and the command “Federal Police”.
The NATO delegation also claimed that the decision to expand its activities was made at the request of the Iraqi authorities and the decision of the NATO Council on August 17.
