Al-Bakhiti: Saudi Arabia’s plunder of Yemeni wealth continues / War in the region is in Israel’s interest.
Mohammed al-Bakhiti, a member of the political council of the Yemeni Ansarullah movement, described the popular protests in the south as a real revolution.
In an interview with Al-Mayadin, he said that the Ansarullah movement supports protests against the occupiers and those who plunder Yemen’s wealth.
Al-Bakhiti said that Saudi Arabia and the UAE are using the demonstrations in the south to their advantage, despite the conflict over their interests in Yemen.
A member of the Ansarullah movement’s political council stressed that Yemeni wealth continues to be looted by Saudi Arabia and the Al-Islah party.
“Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, the fugitive and resigned Yemeni president, and Hezbollah have no say in the talks because Washington is deciding,” he said of ongoing talks on a ceasefire in Yemen.
Al-Bakhiti stressed that despite the siege, the areas under Sanaa control are stable in terms of security and economy.
A member of the political council of the Ansarullah movement said: “If the United States wants to stop the war in Yemen, it can end the war with just one contact with Saudi Arabia.”
Al-Bakhiti said the continuation of the war in the region is in the interest of Israel and the arms markets.
