60 percent of Americans blame Biden for rising inflation.
A new poll in the United States shows that 60 percent of Americans blame the current president for the highest inflation in 13 years.
About seven months have passed since Joe Biden’s government took office in the United States, but inflation in the country has reached its highest level in the last thirteen years.
Meanwhile, a new poll conducted jointly by Politico and the Morning Consulting Institute shows that 60 percent of Americans blame Biden for this record low inflation.
According to the Hill website, according to the results of the poll, which was published in the United States on Wednesday evening, 6 out of 10 Americans believe that the policies of the Biden government have played a significant role in increasing inflation. However, only 28% of the people of this country consider Biden innocent of being involved in this inflation.
Fifty-three percent of those polled also believe that the rise in inflation in the Biden administration is due to the fact that the United States has returned to consumption behaviors and spending patterns before the Covid 19 epidemic.
Biden and senior government officials say the inflation is a side effect of supply and demand as the economy recovers from the crisis following the Corona epidemic.
Earlier in the day, a Gallup poll showed that Biden’s popularity had dropped six percent to its lowest level since taking office. (More details)
Biden’s decline in popularity among the American people comes at a time when US progress against the coronavirus has stalled, vaccination has declined, and cases of coronavirus are on the rise.
