According to Sputnik, a security source reported on Friday that 20 Syrian soldiers were killed and 10 others were wounded in an attack on a bus carrying them in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ezzor in eastern Syria.
This source announced that ISIS elements attacked this military bus in the Al-Mayadeen desert in the eastern suburbs of Deir Al-Zor.
An informed Syrian source also told Al-Mayadeen that a number of Syrian soldiers were killed and some others were injured due to the ISIS attack on a bus carrying Syrian soldiers in the south of Deir Al-Zor.
