198 Palestinian and International organizations seek investigation against Israeli crimes.
The Palestinian and international organizations asked Karim Khan, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, and Silvia Fernandez de Gourmendi to investigate the war crimes committed by the Zionist regime against the civil society and the Palestinian nation.
According to this report, in a memorandum to the International Criminal Court, these institutions demanded a public condemnation of the Zionist regime’s action in including the Palestinian civil society institutions as terrorism, as well as forcing Israel to withdraw from this decision.
These institutions also demanded that the crimes committed by Israel during its unjustified military attack on the Gaza Strip in September 2022 be included in the ongoing investigation into the Palestinian situation.
In this note, the need to speed up the investigation about the Palestinian situation is emphasized and it is stated that all the crimes committed in Palestine, including the suppression of Palestinian institutions as an inhumane act, are considered a crime of racism against humanity and should be prosecuted by the International Criminal Court. It should be researched.
The aforementioned Palestinian and international institutions also called for the adoption of appropriate measures within the framework of the International Criminal Court to prevent racist actions and the actions of the Zionist military in committing more war crimes and anti-humanity against the Palestinian nation.
It should be noted that while the Zionist regime always carries out brutal attacks on Palestinian areas and Palestinian children are the major part of the victims of these attacks, Western governments who claim to be the flag bearer of human rights have closed their eyes on these crimes and act as if there are no rights violated.
