Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement, said in a speech on Thursday on the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions: “Confronting the usurping Zionist regime is at the top of our priorities.”
“Once again, we call on everyone to stand with the Palestinian people in the occupied Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and to support the right of the Palestinian people to retake their occupied territories,” Nasrallah was quoted as saying by IRNA.
He said: “In the face of the threats faced by Quds and Islamic shrines, we want to create a regional equation to support these shrines.”
The Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon stressed that the protection of Islamic sanctities is the mission of all the resistance and not only the Palestinians, and that the cooperation of the resistance forces in the region along with the Palestinian resistance raises hopes for the liberation of Palestine.
“We thank the Iraqis for their readiness to protect the sanctities of Palestine,” Nasrallah said.
“After the defeat of the United States in Afghanistan, the eyes are on the American occupiers in Iraq and Syria,” he said, noting that the United States is the head of oppression and tyranny in the world.
Hezbollah’s secretary general added: “The decision of Iraq and its parliament to withdraw US troops is a big decision.” Iraqis should consider Afghanistan’s experience in using American advisers and 20 years of training Afghan forces.
Nasrallah added: “Al-Hashd al-Shabi is a real guarantee to confront ISIS and the Takfiris, and this organization must be strengthened.”
“The Americans’ excuse for staying in northern Syria is to help fight ISIS,” he said, noting that countries in the region can fight ISIS alone. It is a false excuse and a false claim.
Hezbollah’s secretary general added: “The United States is facilitating the movement of ISIS and trying to revive it.” American troops must leave the east of the Euphrates. They are stealing Syrian oil in eastern Syria.
In another part of his speech, Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah said: “The Saudi-American war against Yemen must stop and we will continue to stand by the oppressed people of Bahrain who do not have freedom of expression.”
He also announced the departure of the first ship carrying fuel purchased from Iran to Lebanon in the coming hours and said: “This ship is carrying diesel because it has more priority and will not be the last ship.”
Hezbollah’s secretary general added: “There are many challenges ahead, but I declare that from the time these ships leave, they will be considered Lebanese territory.” Let no one enter the challenge because this issue is tied to the dignity of our nation; We will no longer allow people to eat in long lines
Nasrallah added that those who imposed an economic war on us were imposed on us. I declare openly that the Islamic Republic of Iran has never abandoned its allies and cut off the hand of the martyr Haj Qasem is a proof of this claim.
