Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that he is seeing the anger of the nation over the sale of conscience. As the no-confidence motion approaches, most of its members will return.
Addressing the ground breaking ceremony of Ring Road project in Rawalpindi, Imran Khan said that there is a market for buying conscience, it is not halal money but it is with Sindh government which belongs to the people and against theft. Obtained by and with the same money people are being bought, big bags of money are coming, if our country is left behind then the reason is to make money, buy people with money and send money abroad.
He said that there was no idea in Britain that a politician would go to another party with money, the people there are so scared that no one can do such a thing, some of our people got emotional and reached Sindh House. Gone, I tell them that peaceful protest is your right but do not clash. The whole nation has seen what is happening in Sindh House. Most of them will come back because they are watching the masses.
The Prime Minister said that when Changa Manga was in politics then there was no social media but today there is social media which brings everything to the fore. Because it is obligatory to stand with goodness according to the command of Qur’an, people will tell on 27th date who they stand with.
On the Ring Road project, he said that this project has been completely changed and its completion will bring a lot of improvement. Soon this year it will become a master plan for all the cities. And cities like Sialkot also need ring road projects.
On the Nalla Lei project, he said, “We will launch it in the next three weeks. With the expansion of the city, there is no room for housing, but now we have to build a new pindi along the Nalla Lei which is modern. So we have to stop the cities from expanding and take them to the heights because what was Islamabad in 60 years has doubled in ten years.
