The first solar eclipse will be on June 10, it will be a partial solar eclipse, which will be seen in Asia, Africa, Europe, Africa and West America.
Regarding the eclipse last year, former Minister of Science and Technology and current Minister of Information Fawad Chaudhry said that the superstitious stories associated with the lunar and solar eclipses are taking their last breath in the present era.
In a message on social networking site Twitter on June 21, 2020, Minister of State for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry said that out of 6 eclipses this year, 4 will be lunar eclipses and 2 will be solar eclipses. The second eclipse of this year will be on December 14 which will not be seen in Pakistan.
Last year’s last eclipse was on December 14. Earlier, the Meteorological Department predicted that the last solar eclipse of 2020 would take place on December 14, starting at 6:30 pm Pakistan time and ending at night.
