New York:
Skype, an app owned by US technology company Microsoft, did not gain much popularity, while the rate of video calling during the Corona virus has also increased, due to which the company has decided to make significant changes in various features of the app.
Although Skype’s main purpose is video calling, during the Corona virus, when the rate of video calling increased, the number of users of Zoom, Google Mate and Messenger Rooms increased and Skype was used very little.
According to international media reports, a major change in Microsoft’s telecommunications app Skype is a new grid display that will be able to add all the people involved in the call, even if the video is off, but all participants will be able to watch.
Skype is also innovating new themes and layouts that will provide new options for the calling user interface. With the side version, colorful themes and refresh icons can be added to the mobile version. There will be improvements while the desktop version will be up to 30% better.
