Great news for Pakistani internet users. Leading American company launches satellite broadband services in Pakistan and announces to open its office soon.
According to the details, the well-known American company Starlink has decided to start satellite broadband services in Pakistan and announced to open its office registered in the name of Pakistan soon. This will be the first office of its kind in South Asia.
The decision was taken during a meeting between Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunications Syed Aminul Haq and a delegation of global broadband company Star Link, which included Director Middle East Ryan Goodnight and Head of Global Site Acquisition Ben McCullum.
During the meeting, the steps taken to provide satellite broadband connectivity in Pakistan were discussed in detail and future plans for connecting Pakistan to the global network were discussed.
On the occasion, Federal Minister Syed Amin-ul-Haq said that Pakistan is taking all possible steps to connect with the digital world. We will provide all possible support for the completion of StarLink projects.
