The no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan was rejected today as unconstitutional by deputy speaker of national assembly.
At the beginning of the meeting, Law Minister Fawad Chaudhry termed the resolution as an attempt by foreigners to change the government in Pakistan. But there is another Article 5 of the Constitution according to which loyalty to the country is the responsibility of every citizen.

“The no-confidence motion was tabled on March 8. Our ambassador is told that the country’s relations with Pakistan depend on the success of this movement. If the trust is successful, you should be forgiven,” he said. If it does and fails, your next path will be dangerous.
Immediately after the objection of Fawad Chaudhry, the Deputy Speaker addressing the members of the National Assembly said that the no-confidence motion was tabled by the opposition against the Prime Minister of Pakistan on March 8, 2022. It is necessary.
He said that no foreign power has the right to overthrow the elected government of Pakistan under the guise of conspiracy. The points raised by the Law Minister are correct. It is against freedom and against the rules and regulations I give the ruling to reject this resolution.
He said that using the powers conferred on him under Article 54 (3) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, he would adjourn the meeting convened on Friday, March 25, 2022. Postponed for a while.
Earlier, Maryam Aurangzeb in a tweet presented the figures of the 174 members of the Assembly who are supporting the opposition in the no-confidence motion.
