According to details, while briefing the media in Islamabad, the Home Minister said that the investigation into the Dasu incident was in its final stages and the agencies were investigating while an investigation team comprising 15 Chinese officials had arrived in Pakistan for investigation. He also spoke to me, but spoke by telephone with the Chinese Minister of Public Security, in which he strongly condemned the incident.

The Home Minister said that Rangers, FC, Sindh Rangers are being deployed for Kashmir elections while Civil Armed Forces and FC will be sent on election duty if further demand is made.
He said that the only way to eradicate corruption was to get visas online which was done. There were about 70,000 to 80,000 cases, now the lines are not visible while talking about issuing fake passports and identity cards. He further said that 8 persons involved in issuance of fake passports have been arrested and 19 show cause notices have been issued.
He said that instructions have been issued all over the country and special time will be given to the holders of fake identity cards so that they can return without any penalty.
He said that he would go to Azad Kashmir with the Prime Minister after the press conference and hoped that a PTI government would be formed in Azad Kashmir while we have provided all the security requested during the Azad Kashmir elections. And if they ask for more, we will send them.
