Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar, while reviewing the report on the Johar Town blast, said that the investigation into the incident should be carried out in an impartial manner. The terrorists involved in the incident are indeed deserving of punishment.
According to details, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar in which law and order situation and progress on investigation of Johar Town blast was reviewed. A report on Johar Town blast was presented to Chief Minister Usman Bazdar on which Usman Bazdar investigated. “The terrorists involved in the incident deserve real punishment and the brutal beasts do not deserve any concessions,” he said.
The Punjab Chief Minister said that those responsible for the blast and facilitators would not be spared the tragic consequences. Punjab Police has already solved high profile cases and law enforcement agencies should expedite the investigation.
He directed to increase police patrolling and said that all necessary steps should be taken for the protection of life and property of the people and police should perform their duties diligently to maintain law and order.
On the other hand, a picture and a video of the alleged mastermind of the Lahore Johar Town blast came to light. The family of Peter Paul David went into hiding at an unknown location after the raid. Peter’s three-story house can also be seen in the video. The house was locked in Mahmoodabad. A neighbor said in a statement that David’s wife and son locked the house this morning and left. One of David’s sons, Denzel, was also injured at a dance party some time ago.
