According to details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) opposition leader Haleem Adil Sheikh has taken a big action against Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and announced to file a constitutional petition for his disqualification. From the past 13 years Sindh is in darkness, we will file a petition on every institution of Sindh while the violation of the constitution is also going on in the province. The absence of opposition members in the Public Accounts Committee means that democracy has been killed in the province. The killers will not be forgiven.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, he said that not a single member of the Public Accounts Committee in Sindh was from the opposition. Opposition parliamentary leaders were not allowed to speak in the Sindh Assembly and the provincial budget was hastily approved. The budget was presented by the Chief Minister who is accused of corruption. Corruption of Rs. 1,400 billion took place in Sindh during thirteen years.
On the other hand, Sindh has been declared as the most expensive province in the country. The backward district of Balochistan has the lowest inflation rate. The statistics agency has released statistics regarding the inflation rate, which is surprising. It was revealed that the highest inflation has been recorded in Sindh under the PPP government, while the rate of inflation was lowest in Balochistan.
According to the report of the Bureau of Statistics, Punjab was the second largest city in terms of inflation after Sindh. After Sindh and Punjab, the city of power was the third largest in terms of inflation. Khuzdar recorded the lowest inflation rate, Islamabad ranks sixth in terms of inflation compared to other cities, Faisalabad and Gujranwala recorded the highest inflation after Karachi.
