The Punjab government has decided to prepare a plan to counter the fourth wave of Corona. It has directed the authorities not to run out of beds, medicines, oxygen cylinders and ventilators . The Punjab Chief Minister said. If the rate increases, smart lockdown may be required.
According to details, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Health Minister Yasmeen Rashid and Chief Secretary. The meeting considered the strategy to deal with the fourth wave of Corona. What’s more, he directed the authorities not to run out of beds, medicines, oxygen cylinders and ventilators.
On the other hand, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar has hinted that if there is an increase in corona cases, smart lockdown may be required, implementation of government directives is in the interest of citizens, citizens can protect themselves and others by following SOPs.
Sardar Usman Bazdar said that precautionary measures should not be taken to avoid sanctions. Vaccination against coronavirus is most effective. Citizens are urged to wear masks and maintain social distance.
Usman Bazdar said that due to the current situation in Corona, citizens have to show seriousness, every citizen has to show responsibility, citizens should support the government in Corona vaccination campaign, Punjab government should take all necessary steps to protect the lives of the people.
