Islamabad :
According to details, Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has responded to the rejection of Nawaz Sharif’s visa extension application in the UK by ordering issuance of his passport ,
The Home Minister said that Nawaz Sharif knows very well what he has to do, his passport has expired on February 16, 2021
Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has offered Nawaz Sharif that if the PML-N leader wants to return to Pakistan, he will be provided an immediate passport, while on his return to Pakistan he will also be provided security. But they will also have to make an arrest when they return. It should be noted that former Prime Minister and PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif, who is based in the UK for treatment, has been hit hard.
The British government refused to allow Nawaz Sharif to stay in Britain any longer. According to media reports, Nawaz Sharif had requested the British government to extend his visa. The PML-N leader had said that since he was ill, he should not be allowed to stay in the UK until his treatment was completed. Now, on Thursday, the relevant British government agency has rejected the visa extension application of the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and urged him to leave the country within a few days.
It has been reported that even after the rejection of the visa extension application, Nawaz Sharif has two options. Nawaz Sharif can still ask the British government to reconsider its decision to deny him a visa extension. If this request is also rejected, then Nawaz Sharif can go to court against the decision of the British government. If the court rules against him, then he will have to leave the UK anyway.
According to legal experts, it may take 3-4 months for appeals against the British government’s decision, so Nawaz Sharif cannot be deported from the UK during this period. It should be noted here that the government of Pakistan has already canceled the passport of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif, so he needs the permission of the government of Pakistan to travel to another country. Nawaz Sharif cannot leave Britain for any other country without the permission of the government of Pakistan.
