The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), an anti-Corona agency, has decided to tighten the government’s enforcement of SOPs in view of fears of the spread of Corona’s Indian variety, while also considering re-imposing limitations.
According to the NCOC statement, Delta virus (Indian type of Corona) is extremely dangerous and spreads rapidly. Cases of Delta virus are emerging in the country which may be the fourth wave of Corona. The NCOC has said that it has formulated a strategy on Delta virus and other viruses present in Pakistan. Hundreds of thousands of deaths were reported and people in India continued to suffer from lack of oxygen in hospitals.
According to the NCOC, in view of the fourth wave of Corona, emphasis will be laid on speeding up the implementation of relevant SOPs and vaccination. In this regard, the existing SOPs will be strictly enforced from July 9 to 18. Will be ensured, and various proposals are under consideration to limit unnecessary movement in the event of an Eid-ul-Adha outbreak, which will be decided in the next few days, taking into account the spread of Corona. While there is a possibility of a ban on tourism in view of the growing epidemic.
The NCOC directed that the private, corporate sector, small, medium and large industries while those working in agriculture, media, lawyers, factory workers, market should be vaccinated before July 31.
According to the NCOC, air travel without a vaccination certificate has been banned since August 1, while those traveling to tourist destinations aged 30 and above have been banned without a vaccination certificate.
The NCOC statement said that hotel bookings without vaccination certificate will also be banned and from August 1, the ban will be applicable to persons between the ages of 18 and 30, while instructions have been issued to all concerned agencies in this regard.
