Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that CTD rendered unforgettable services against terrorism. CTD exposed the terrorist network in Lahore. He appreciated CTD’s innovative skills and abilities.
According to details, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar visited the headquarters of the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and inspected various departments of the CTD. Also inaugurated School Block and CTD Helpline 080011111.
The Chief Minister observed the professionalism and capabilities of the CTD Force and appreciated the expertise and capabilities of the CTD in a modern way. The Chief Minister was greeted by a well-armed CTD contingent.
The Chief Minister witnessed the firing of CTD commandos at the firing range and also practiced firing with a pistol. He also announced a two-month salary for the CTD force.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister said that CTD had rendered unforgettable services against terrorism, CTD exposed the terrorist network in Lahore. Usman Bazdar for 54 CTD Headquarters. He also announced immediate provision of canal land and land for construction of CTD offices in 10 more districts.
He said that roads for access to the headquarters would be constructed on priority basis, drone locators, snipers and other equipment would be provided to the CTD, a bomb disposal unit would be set up for the CTD. Other TD requirements will also be met.
