Finance Advisor Shaukat Tareen said that the Prime Minister has started a successful youth program in the field of national service. In the next two to three years, all unnecessary taxes will be eliminated. For the development of the country, everyone has to pay taxes.
According to details, Finance Advisor Shaukat Tareen while addressing the successful youth convention said that 60% of the country’s population is under 30 years of age. By doing so, the country will make rapid progress.
The Finance Adviser said that the Prime Minister has launched a successful youth program in the field of national service. Providing every facility to the youth is the vision of the Prime Minister. The successful youth program is playing a key role in the development of the youth.
Referring to the program, Shaukat Tareen said that the foundation of Successful Pakistan Program has been laid for obtaining small loans. Loans of up to Rs. 27 lakh are being provided on easy terms for obtaining private houses. More than 200,000 young people have been declared eligible for the Successful Pakistan Program.
The Finance Adviser further said that improvement in the provision of financial resources to the SME sector is a priority, focusing on the development of small and medium scale industries, special measures are being taken for the development of the IT sector.
Regarding taxes, Shaukat Tareen said that no one will bother to file tax returns. For the development of the country, everyone has to pay taxes. We have the data of non-taxpayers. We want to establish a welfare state and give the country a bright future ۔
He said there would be only two taxes in the next two to three years. One will eliminate all unnecessary taxes except income tax and the other consumption tax, these should not be unnecessary taxes. Taxes have to be paid to everyone. We have the data of all the people.
