Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that it is necessary to remain united to thwart the intentions of the enemy forces. Spreading false information for nefarious interests is also a threat to harmony in the society. Given the opportunity and environment, Pakistani youth will lead Pakistan towards development and prosperity.
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Corps Headquarters Lahore where he was briefed on various issues related to formation of Lahore Corps. The Chief was met by the faculty and students of Lums, FCU, UET, LSE, PU, GCU. He lauded the need for human development in education, health, infrastructure and environment.
He said that spreading false information for nefarious interests gives wrong impression, spreading misinformation for nefarious interests is also a threat to harmony in the society and it is necessary to remain united to thwart the intentions of the enemy forces. Pakistani youth are very intelligent and hardworking, Pakistani youth will take Pakistan towards development and prosperity if given the opportunity and environment. Faculty members and students also asked questions to the Army Chief during the session.
