Talking to media before the hearing of the presidential reference on the interpretation of Article 63A in the Supreme Court, Fawad Chaudhry said that he hoped that the bench would follow the reference in accordance with the constitution and law.
“We condemn the PML-N’s campaign against the five-member bench hearing the presidential reference and we have full confidence in the Supreme Court to look into the matter in accordance with the constitution and law,” he said. Will
“As a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, I have personal reservations about the body of the Bar Association. Don’t become a subsidiary.
Fawad Chaudhry said that other associations including other bodies of the bar should take action against the attitude of the President of the Supreme Court Bar.
He said that the bar here has associated itself with a political party and it is not in the interest of the Supreme Court bar, it has been taken hostage by one or two people sitting in the organization.
Regarding the D-Chowk rally, he said that a grand rally was going to be held in Islamabad on March 27. The chess game was started by the opposition but we will end it.
Replying to a question regarding the meeting, the Information Minister said that the Supreme Court in its previous judgment had given clear instructions on how the meeting should be held.
He said that no request for a meeting has been made by the opposition, it seems that the opposition will not hold a meeting and only a PTI meeting will be held on March 27.
Responding to a question on the decision of the allies, he said that the allies are still part of the government and will remain part of the government.
