Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar has said in a message released on Twitter that he is standing by Imran Khan’s side after resigning from the post.
“I have submitted my resignation to Prime Minister Imran Khan and I will leave the Chief Minister’s post after approval,” he said in a Twitter message.
The Prime Minister took the party leadership into confidence over the nomination of Pervez Elahi as the Chief Minister
Expressing his commitment to support the Prime Minister, he said that ministries and posts are things to come and go, stand by Imran Khan to fulfill the promise made to the party and the people.
Describing the country as a great place, he said that he has never aspired for any position and the interest of the country and the nation is more important than his own caste.
Regarding the three-year performance, Usman Bazar said that in three and a half years, he started thousands of public welfare projects, implemented the Charter of the Islamic Welfare State, gave health insurance to every citizen and gave its right to every district. دلوایا۔
It may be recalled that after the echo of the no-confidence motion, the ruling coalition Muslim League (Q) removed Chief Minister Usman Bazdar from his party to support the government.
What was demanded?
Yesterday, Minister of State for Information Farrukh Habib, while confirming his resignation from the post of Chief Minister of Punjab, tweeted that “Usman Bazdar has submitted his resignation to the Prime Minister”.
He said that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi had a meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan, all issues have been settled in the meeting and PML-Q has expressed confidence in the Prime Minister and announced his support.
