In view of the global epidemic Corona situation, a meeting chaired by Acting Education Secretary Asif Haider regarding holidays in educational institutions decided that the holidays of educational institutions would not be extended but the provinces were given the authority to make their own decisions in this regard according to the corona situation.
According to details, a meeting was held in Islamabad under the chairmanship of Acting Secretary Education Asif Haider, which was attended by the provincial secretary education on video link.
It was unanimously decided in the meeting that board examinations would continue as per schedule and holidays of educational institutions would not be extended. The meeting agreed to reopen schools as per Corona SOPs as per schedule. Will make decisions
It may be recalled that a schedule of summer vacations was issued in educational institutions, under which educational institutions are closed from July 18 to August 1. However, schools in Sindh have been closed due to increase in corona cases. The virus has affected the education system all over the world and the education system in Pakistan has been affected and decisions have been taken from time to time in this regard.
