“Pakistan’s ambassador and representative to the United Nations, Munir Akram, said the Security Council had failed in its main tasks, including protecting defenseless and besieged Palestinians from blatant Israeli oppression,” Radio Pakistan reported. Pakistan calls for the implementation of resolutions on the Palestinian issue and its resolution by granting the right to self-determination and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state to the capital “Jerusalem”.
He stressed: “The actions of the Zionist regime against Palestinian Muslims in the occupied territories are unacceptable and contrary to international law and a violation of UN resolutions.” The Palestinian cause is a legal struggle to determine destiny against foreign occupation; Therefore, we call on the international community to immediately stop all unilateral and illegal Israeli actions, including the establishment and efforts to change the situation in Jerusalem.
