Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid has announced that at present there are more than 120 million registered voters in the country. ۔
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad, he said that as the elections approached, the constituency-wise facility would be provided to the voters on mobile phones depending on the constituency.
He said that ladies staff would be deployed in two remote areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan where there is a problem of registration of women voters. Sheikh Rashid said that the Prime Minister has formed a committee on electronic voting machine which Will settle matters with the Commission.
He said that overseas Pakistanis will be the backbone of PTI in the next elections and will get a lot of support because Imran Khan has huge support from overseas Pakistanis. Among these 10 million voters, Imran Khan and PTI. No one has such popularity.
To a question, the Home Minister said that the opposition has held 3 meetings and no result has come out. Last December, he had said that the government is coming to an end and now next December has come. We are fortunate that Allah has given such an incompetent opposition.
He said that the opposition is only playing media and video and video. It has been 3 years since our government. Local body elections will start in March which will take 2 to 3 months. Before the blind movement of the intellect will create new problems.
The Home Minister said that the best time to launch a movement against the government was when Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman had marched to Islamabad but now the train has missed and the express train never waits for the passengers.
He said that the price of rice, flour and sugar has come down in the country. He said that the government will complete its 5 years and we will improve our situation till the elections.
