The government is ready for political power shows in Islamabad on Sunday. The ruling party is making every effort to make its well-known rally a success amid mounting pressure from opposition parties.
On the other hand, opposition parties are also marching towards Islamabad before voting on the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
According to a report, JUI-F workers and leaders have already reached Srinagar Highway under the banner of Opposition Ittehad PDM, while PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz and Punjab Opposition Leader Hamza Shahbaz G. Those who reached Islamabad from T-Road are leading their party’s caravan.
Meanwhile, PTI workers from different parts of the country had started arriving in the twin cities to attend the party’s grand power show at the parade ground.

When contacted, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry later said that efforts were being made by the concerned authorities to facilitate the media.

Earlier, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid, while addressing a press conference in Islamabad, had warned the JUI-F that it would not be allowed to hold a sit-in in Islamabad as it was only allowed to hold a rally on Saturday. If they want to hold a rally on Sunday, they have to make another request.
