Talking to media outside the Supreme Court, former Foreign Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that we are waiting for the decision of the judiciary but in my opinion the only solution to the situation is fresh mandate. Give the reins of the country in whose hands.
Talking to the media outside the Supreme Court, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the last sitting of this important case is taking place, our lawyers will complete their arguments today, today Naeem Bukhari and Attorney General will present their point of view.
He said that the main point at the moment is the rolling of the Deputy Speaker. Our analysis is that Article 69 is very clear. The spirit of Article 69 is that the affairs of Parliament should remain in Parliament. And the Speaker’s rolling is final. He said that our common opposition is claiming that the Deputy Speaker has violated the Constitution, our opinion is different from theirs, we think that the Speaker has full authority to roll.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the communication regarding change of government which we were talking about was discussed in the National Security Committee, some people in the opposition called this communication fake.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the opposition was misrepresenting the nation, they were pushing the country into a constitutional crisis to achieve their goals in their confusion.
